Carmona Advisors is proud to have worked on securing the development approval a 283-unit mixed-use residential project in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District known as 14 ROC.
Rising 31 stories, 14 ROC is more than a residential tower, it is a statement of Miami’s future. Designed with innovative architecture and urban connectivity in mind, the project features thoughtfully planned residences and amenities including wellness spaces, indoor-outdoor living, a fitness center, co-working spaces, and a rooftop lounge.
The development is strategically located at the center of Miami’s transformation, steps from the Signature Bridge and the Underdeck, a $840 million project that will create 33 acres of new green space linking Miami’s neighborhoods. The site also offers direct access to Bayfront Park, the Pérez Art Museum, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and Miami Worldcenter, the second-largest urban development in the U.S.
